What a clinic website actually costs in Tricity.

Most web designers will not put a number on a page. Here are mine, what moves them up or down, and what you keep paying once the site is live.

Pricing

Simple, one-time pricing.

You pay nothing until you've seen the design and approved it. The build is then a one-time payment, and the only ongoing cost is your domain and hosting — I tell you the exact amount up front. Six clinic sites built on these plans so far.

Why the range is this wide

A website is priced by how much of it has to be thought about, not by how many files it contains. A single-doctor clinic that needs to be findable, callable and credible is a genuinely small job. A three-branch practice with eleven treatments, each of which should rank on its own, is a different job that happens to use the same tools.

In practice three things move the number: how many pages carry their own content, whether anything has to be built rather than laid out, and how much of the writing falls to me. A clinic that sends a clear treatment list and decent photos is quicker to build than one where I am drafting the service descriptions and sourcing the images — and that difference is real work, so it shows up in the quote.

What the cheap option actually costs

You can get a website in Tricity for three or four thousand rupees. What you are usually buying is a template with your clinic's name dropped into it, built in an afternoon, often by someone handling a dozen of them that week. It will exist. The question is what it does.

The ones I get called in to replace share a pattern: slow on a mid-range Android, invisible for any search except the clinic's own name, no way to tap and call, and nobody to ring when the timings change. The money was not wasted because the price was low — it was wasted because the site never produced a patient. A site that brings in two patients a month pays for itself in a way that one costing a tenth as much and bringing in none does not.

What you pay every year

Two things, and only two: the domain name and the hosting. Those are real costs that exist no matter who builds your site, and they are paid to the registrar and the host, not to me. I tell you the exact figure before you pay for anything, and you can hold both accounts in your own name and pay them directly if you would rather not route it through me.

The ₹999/month care plan is the alternative, not an addition: it covers the hosting plus updates and small changes — a new associate doctor, changed OPD timings, a day the clinic is shut. It is optional, there is no contract, and you can stop it any month with one message. Plenty of clinics do not take it.

What is not in the price

No setup fee, no licence fee, no per-page charge after the fact, and no annual fee for the site itself. I register the domain in your name, so you own it from day one and can take the whole thing elsewhere whenever you like. If a quote you are comparing does not say who the domain is registered to, ask — that one answer tells you most of what you need to know about the arrangement.

How to get an actual number

Message me with your clinic name and roughly what you need. I will give you a price and a date before you commit to anything, and if what you want is smaller than the plan you were looking at, I will say so. 6 clinic sites have been built on these plans so far — you can open every one of them from the homepage.
