What you are buying

Every plan is a one-time build. I design the site, you review it, you ask for changes, and we put it live. The price quoted to you on WhatsApp is the price for that build — there is no setup fee, no licence fee and no per-year fee for the site itself. Prices start at ₹14,999; what your project costs depends on how many pages and features it needs, and you get that number before any work starts.

You pay nothing until you approve the design

This is the part worth reading twice. I build the site first. You see it, you ask for changes, and we keep adjusting until you are happy with it. Payment is due when you approve it — not before.

That means there is no deposit, no advance and nothing at risk for you. If we never reach a design you want to put your clinic's name on, you walk away and it has not cost you anything. There is no refund policy here because there is nothing to refund: you have not paid yet.

There is no fixed cap on rounds of changes, because the arrangement already settles it — I am not finished until you approve, and I do not get paid until I am finished.

Timeline

Most sites go live in about two weeks from our first conversation, once I have what I need from you — usually your service or treatment list, your timings, and any photos. Bigger or multi-location sites take three to four weeks. You get a date before you pay anything, and if that date is going to move I will tell you rather than let it drift.

What you own

The site is yours. I register the domain in your name, so it belongs to you from day one, and the design and content are yours to keep, move or hand to someone else. You are never locked in: if you want to take the site elsewhere, I hand it over. There is no exit fee and nothing is held back.

Domain and hosting

The only ongoing cost of owning a website is the domain and the hosting. You can pay for those directly and keep them entirely in your own account, or let the care plan cover them. Either way I tell you the exact amount before you commit to anything.

Who writes the content

I do. You send your treatment or service list, your timings and any photos you have, and I write the pages from that. You review every word before anything is published and change whatever you want. You are not buying an empty template to fill in.

After the site is live

The first month after launch is covered: small changes and fixes are included while you settle in. After that, either the care plan covers small changes, or you tell me what you need and I give you the time and cost before I start. Nothing is billed without you agreeing to it first.

The care plan is optional

The ₹999/month care plan covers hosting, updates and small changes. It is separate from the build, it is not required, and there is no contract — you can stop it any month with one message. If you stop it, the hosting runs on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then you take it over. The domain stays yours throughout and nothing is held back.

If a project stalls

Builds usually stall for one reason: the photos or the treatment list have not arrived. Since nothing is owed until you approve a design, a stalled project costs you nothing — it simply sits where it is until you have what I need. I will check in rather than quietly shelve it, and you can pick it up whenever suits the clinic.

What the build does not include

The site is built so that it can be found — a page per treatment, clean structure, fast on a phone, and set up for local search. That is usually enough to turn up for your own clinic's name. Competing for the busier treatment searches is ongoing work rather than part of a one-time build; if you want that, I will look at what it would take once the site is live and quote separately. No one can honestly promise you a position on Google, and I will not.

What I will not do

I will not publish claims on a clinic site that I think a registered practitioner should not be making. If you ask for something I believe is risky, I will say so rather than quietly build it.
