Webgrove is one person — Mahabeer — building websites in Tricity. This page says plainly what happens to your details when you get in touch, because the honest answer is short.

This website collects nothing

There is no server behind webgrove.in and no database. The site is a set of fixed pages. It has no contact form, no login, no shopping cart, no analytics script and no advertising or tracking pixels. It sets no cookies, which is why you have never seen a cookie banner here.

What happens when you contact me

Every button on this site does one of three things: it opens WhatsApp with a message already written, it starts a phone call, or it opens your email app. Nothing is submitted to this website along the way.

• WhatsApp. Tapping a WhatsApp button opens your own WhatsApp with a first message pre-filled. Nothing is sent until you press send, and you can edit or delete the text first. From that point it is an ordinary WhatsApp conversation between you and me, carried by WhatsApp the way any other chat is.
• Phone. Calling connects you to my number. Your mobile operator handles the call; I see your number the way anyone does when their phone rings.
• Email. Emailing me goes to my inbox, carried by your email provider and mine.

What I keep, and for how long

I keep enquiry messages so I can reply and follow up, and so I have a record of what was agreed if you become a client. That is the chat thread and the emails themselves — nothing is copied into a separate system. If you do not become a client and we stop talking, there is no reason for me to keep the thread, and you can ask me to delete it at any point.

Who else sees it

Nobody. I do not sell, share or pass on your details, and there is no team to pass them to. The only third parties involved are the ones carrying the message — WhatsApp, your phone operator, your email provider — each under their own terms.

If you become a client, I will need things like your clinic name, timings and photos to build the site. Those go on your own website, which is the point of them. I do not use them anywhere else.

Your website, and the people who visit it

This page is about webgrove.in only. A site I build for you is yours, and it is your clinic's responsibility to tell your own patients how you handle their details — particularly if it has an appointment-request form. I will build that honestly and tell you where the data goes, but the relationship with your patients is yours, not mine.

Asking me to delete something

Message me on WhatsApp at +91 99156 68595 or email mahabeer.fcs.gna@gmail.com and say what you want removed. You do not need a reason and you do not need to explain. I will confirm when it is done.

Changes to this page

If the site ever starts doing something it does not do today — adding a form that actually stores answers, or analytics — this page changes first, and the date at the top of it changes with it.
